Select the total number of packages you wish to send

Enter the weight and dimensions of your packages and click Quote & Book. If your package weighs more than 30kg the driver may require assistance. If you receive a message stating that your package is too large, contact us on 0141 882 6677 for assistance. We may be able to help.

There may be more than one service available, depending on which country you are sending to. If the price is acceptable, click the button of the service you wish to choose to continue with the booking.

Now you will be asked to enter collection address information. You must enter the collection address contact name, e-mail address and phone number in order to continue.

Enter destination details. Enter all fields if you can, but the ones with red asterisks are required. Click 'Proceed' to continue

Please read and tick having read our terms and conditions. Next scroll down to check the delivery address,confirm your e-mail and then click 'Proceed to Payment' which will lead you to a Sagepay secure site where you can select your method of payment.
- Please follow instructions on screen to carry out the payment process.
- Once you have paid, you will be taken to a success or failure page. If you receive a 'failure' message, you should e-mail marc at wesendparcels dot co dot uk immediately or call 0141 882 6677 and ask for Marc. If Marc is unavailable, please ask for Helen.

If you receive a 'success' message, then you should click on the link in order to print off your bar-coded address label(s) and if sending out-with the EU, your invoices for Customs purposes. Don't worry if you fail to do this, as a confirmation e-mail with a link to 'retrieve label(s)' and 'retrieve invoices' should follow.

Now apply 1 label per package (Do not copy the same label and use for different packages as you will not be able to track the duplicate labels) Apply to your package securely using clear tape but ensuring you avoid covering the bar-code or address. You should have 4 invoices for the driver. Please ensure each one is signed and dated.
- Now just wait on the UPS or DHL driver in your area arriving to collect the parcel on the requested date. If you want to track your parcels, use the '1ZW4V929...' number or the 10 digit DHL Airway Bill Number on each package and track via the tracking area situated alongside the menu at the top of the page.
