Who collects my package?
We send parcels has an agreement with UPS. When you book and pay via this website, your address and package details are automatically sent to UPS and within minutes the collection is booked with the appropriate driver in your area for the date specified.
When will my package be collected?
Your package(s) can be collected on the day of request, if you make your order before the cut-off time relating to your postcode. Otherwise, you can specify which date you require a collection during the booking process.
